Prediction Resolution

After a prediction reaches the closing time, the status changes from “Live” to “Awaiting Result.” At this stage, the channel owner who created the prediction reviews and provides the outcome, according to the rules and using relevant references as supporting evidence.
Prediction Resolution Steps
The channel owner selects one of the outcomes and clicks the “Confirm” button to finalize the result.
In addition to the options set at creation, there is always an “Invalid” option. If “Invalid” is selected, the prediction will be voided, and all participants' prediction amounts, including the $0.1 fee, will be refunded.
Once the initial result is confirmed, the prediction proceeds to the next stage.
If there are no objections (disputes), the result confirmed by the channel owner will be accepted.
If there is an objection, a dispute process will begin.
Dispute Process
If you disagree with the initial outcome of a prediction, you can initiate a dispute process to ensure fairness.
Who can dispute?
All users can request a dispute, whether or not they participated in the original prediction.
How to dispute
To submit a dispute, you’ll need to stake a bond. Once the dispute is submitted, the prediction status changes to “2nd Review” and awaits a final decision from the PredictGo operations team.
Platform Review
The PredictGo team will carefully review all supporting evidence and references before making the final decision on the outcome.
Dispute Submission Guide:
Deposit Requirement: To complete a dispute submission, you must stake a bond equal to the original prediction creation bond.
Deposit Unit: Dispute bonds must be made in units of 1/10 of the final set deposit amount.
What happens next?
If the original outcome is upheld, the channel owner receives their deposit back, plus 50% of the dispute bond.
If the outcome is overturned, the disputing user receives back their own bond, plus 50% of the channel owner’s bond.
If the dispute is canceled due to insufficient bond, the full bond is refunded and can be claimed from the Dispute tab in your Portfolio menu.
In the event that a dispute arises in a prediction related to PredictGo and the final outcome must be determined at PredictGo’s discretion, the prediction will be resolved as "Void."
Market Closure (Resolved or Cancelled) & Fund Management
When a final outcome is confirmed through either the first or second review, the prediction is marked as Resolved. At this point, users who made correct predictions can claim their rewards.
Cancelled (Void) Status: A prediction will be cancelled or voided under the following conditions:
The outcome is deemed Invalid due to lack of clarity.
Fewer than 10 total predictions were submitted.
In these cases, all prediction positions are fully refunded to participants.
