How to Export Your Private Key

Exporting the Private Key is available for users who signed up with a Google account. You can do this by navigating to My Page → Settings → Export Private Key.

Please note that your Private Key grants full control over your wallet. Never share it with anyone.

How to Delete Your Account

Currently, the PredictGo platform does not offer a direct account deletion feature within the service for security and privacy reasons.

If you wish to delete your account, please follow the procedure below and contact us via email:

1. Email address: [e-mail]

2. Email subject: [Google Account Deletion Request] Your registered email address

3. Important notes:

   1. You may be asked to provide additional information for identity verification (e.g., verification of your registered email).

   2. Once your account is deleted, all service usage records and data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

   3. Some information required by law or service policies may be retained for a certain period.

   4. Before requesting deletion, we strongly recommend exporting your Private Key and transferring any assets associated with your Google-registered address to your wallet (e.g., MetaMask).
